He covered the 1989 direct elections for Jornal do Commercio in Rio de Janeiro and the UN\u00b4s Rio 92 Earth Summit for the Correio Braziliense\u00b4s Rio de Janeiro branch. His vocation, however, was soon directed towards the incipient Press Relations market by his innate strategic understanding of facts and ability to anticipate scenarios and news repercussions. He head the Communication Department of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA), under Marcus Vinicius Pratini de Moraes. During his four years at MAPA, he coordinated Brazil's participation in important events for the sector. From the Ministry of Agriculture, he moved to the National Congress, and then returned to the market to work for the Brazilian Beef Exporters Association (Abiec), in addition to other sectors such as cotton, pork, chicken, and fish. He later joined JBS, where he worked for seven years. Throughout that time he also served the J&F holding companies, such as Banco Original, Eldorado Brasil, Flora among others. Between 2017 and 2018 he lived in New York where he focused on studying international scenarios in the area of strategic management of social media and press relations.
